Happy New Year 謹賀新年



 Happy New year.   Still we are closed our operation though we made some Japanese traditional food according to our custom.  We got together family and wish healthy, wealthy, and happy year with having new year dish.
皆様、いかがおすごしですか？日本では初詣に行ったり、おせち料理を頂いたりしているのでしょうね。私たちも、お仕事をお休みさせて頂き、おせち料理を頂きました。

Since we have inough ingredients, vegetables and materials, we made simple Traditional new year dish.   足りない材料は沢山ありますので、手に入ったもので簡単お節を作りました。

I like Black beans the best which my mother made.
中でも、私は、母の作る黒豆を一番楽しみにしています。
