Miso Soup uses dried bonito, dried sardine, or dried kelp. If you are Vegetarian, we recommend our Vegetarian Miso soup, which only uses dried kelp. (The regular Miso soup is Rs.100 and Vegetarian Miso soup is Rs.200 as we prepare it on your request separately.)
みそは、鰹節、煮干、昆布などで、だしをとりますが、ベジタリアンの方は昆布だしの味噌汁(Rs.200)をお勧めします。(味噌汁Rs.100ですが､ベジタリアン用は要望に応じてお作りしますので、Rs.200となります。ご了承ください。)
